Job Description
- Coordinate the talent management activities among the business units.
- Generate Talent Review exercises' periodical reports and consolidate them.
- Facilitate and coordinate the assessment centers setups.
- Coordinate and support in the talent review exercises among the group's business units.
- Maintain and coordinate the performance management system across all businesses.
- Generate the analysis after the closure of the Performance Management Cycle.
- Build succession plans
- Manage department’s budget
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field
- General HR Experience.
- Talent Management experience.
- Assessment centers experience.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Leadership abilities
