Job Description

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between Hyper Markets & key clients, and the company.
  • Responsible for trading conditions (annual negotiations), budgets, and profitability of Key Accounts 
  • Supervises sales forecasting for Sofi Guard and cosmetics for key accounts 
  • Achieve Sales target along with monitoring the bottom line
  • Arranges, steers, and controls the account plans, the annual meetings, promotion plans
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Maximize the utilization of the credit facility within the policy
  • Responsible for money collection vs sales 
  • Managing sales team assigned to clients 
  • Participate in strategic planning to improve results.
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
  • Working with all internal partners from all departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs, to be met.
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a suitable major.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Negotiation and selling skills.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Strong personality with high leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Microsoft skills (Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good team player, Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Able to work under stressful deadlines and targets.
  • A problem solver.
