Job Description
- Creating and implementing maintenance programs to enhance operational machines efficiency and decrease downtime with commitments to safety standards.
- Check incoming work orders for completeness and interact with Operations execution supervisor to assess job status in the field before finalizing the plan.
- installing new production line machines and utilities with scheduling all tasks needed to complete installation works without any delay.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Planning and supervising on projects inside the factory, starting by sorting tasks needed for applying projects, determining responsibilities and estimating time plan for each needed task.
- Coordinate with various sections of the different Departments, prepare plan/schedule and follow up the Preventive Maintenance and modification activities to facilitate timely completion.
- Update maintenance status for all factory machines.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Producing technical and financial comparison between different vendors or contractors to support effective cost value related to the quality and cost.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering - hydraulic
- 10 Years of experience in a similar field.
- Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, hydraulic systems, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Budget management.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
