Job Description

  • Train, Develop, and Coach our branch associates.
  • Maintain and motivate the team spirit, Build Loyalty, and retain talents.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales target is achieved.
  •  Prepare and submit monthly performance “KPIs” and “IDPs” reports for staff members.
  •  Following up on sales, customer care, and Floor schedules.
  • Follow up on the maintenance status with the operation manager.
  •  Handling branch Surveys, complaints, and issues.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales target is achieved.
  • Determine annual unit and growth-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current sales programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to achieve the effectiveness of Sales Campaigns. 
  • Align with the Marketing Department, communicate the latest strategy with the team then Monitor and follow up on its implementation. 
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Ensure applying company rules, (Reception manual, employee guide, and floor standards)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to achieve the effectiveness of Sales Campaigns “conversion rate “ 
  • Align with the Marketing & finance Departments to Communicate the latest pricing strategies and direction with the teams then Monitor and follow up on its implementation. 
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Ensure maximum Customer satisfaction, and handle their objections.
  • Preparing all reports to be sent to the CEO Copying HR.
  • Cope with the corporation’s strategy and vision.
  • Maintaining office settings and admin work (daily, monthly & quarterly).
