Job Description
- Generating new business by performing sales calls and prospecting local business opportunities
- Converting leads to sales
- Servicing existing business by visiting clients and building relationships
- Qualify customers and collect valid credit information
- Assist with other job-related duties as needed.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration
- Preferred experienced in food related sales (chocolates)
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and etiquette are necessary for the job
- Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office, and other various software.
- Reporting skills
- Organized and presentable
- Ability to maintain performance goals.
- Good command of English skills
