Job Description
- Responsible for the entirety of the hiring process
- Sourcing candidates using all available resources
- Reviewing candidate resumes to ensure compatibility with job competencies and requirements
- Create a pool of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates to assess their skills
- Communicate with the hiring managers to move along the hiring process
- Create and maintain a complete record of all interviews
- Develop and maintain a talent pool to be used in future hiring requests
- Assist with other administrative and/or HR related functions as needed
- Prepare and send weekly reports detailing hiring progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in the same field
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
- Past experience in mass hiring is a plus
- Past experience in recruiting blue collars is a plus
- Outstanding Communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms, specifically LinkedIN
- Professional user of MS Office programs
