Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Wellness Medical Park's goals and objectives.
- Brand management: Maintain and enhance the brand image of Wellness Medical Park across all platforms.
- Digital marketing: Manage and optimize media buying and online presence including website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
- SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Content creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and brochures.
- Offline marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including direct marketing campaigns, print advertising, billboards, and partnerships with local communities such as social clubs and resident associations.
- Market research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Budget management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Dentistry, Medical, or a related field.
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO.
- Experience with offline marketing channels and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to ethical marketing practices.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
