Job Description
- Responsible for SAP HR Modules.
- Works on solutions design, builds and implements the systems.
- Follow up and review all personnel and transaction reports.
- Follow up and maintain all the employee's database on SAP.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- update and record HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such
- Analyze employees’ turnover statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization & sources of job dissatisfaction.
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
- Work on the organizational branding and how to represent the company image professionally.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years of Experience in HR
- HR diploma/Certificate is preferable.
- Very good English Skills.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Startup mentality, energetic with a drive for change
