Job Description
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Set up and lead the HR department, ensuring it supports company growth.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational development and workforce planning.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and oversee a structured recruitment process to attract top talent.
Manage the hiring process from job posting, interviews, and selection to onboarding.
Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and build strong teams.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Implement an effective performance management system to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and retention.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Egyptian labor laws and Saudi labor regulations (if applicable).
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, payroll, benefits, and employee files.
Stay up to date with labor law updates and advise management accordingly.
5. Training & Employee Development
Identify training needs and design programs to upskill employees.
Work with department heads to create succession planning and leadership development programs.
Promote continuous learning to improve workforce efficiency.
6. Compensation & Benefits Management
Oversee payroll, bonuses, and benefits administration.
Ensure that compensation structures remain competitive and motivating.
Develop employee incentive programs to boost productivity and retention.
7. Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement
Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and company culture.
Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and diverse workplace environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing, textiles, or apparel industries).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and scale HR operations.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Experience handling HR for multi-location operations (Egypt & KSA is a plus).
