Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and installations of offset printing presses, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on printing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices for maintenance procedures.
- Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize disruption due to maintenance activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Source and manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance services and parts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) in a maintenance management role, must be within the offset printing.
- Strong technical knowledge of offset printing presses and related equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
