Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and installations of offset printing presses, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on printing equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices for maintenance procedures.
Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize disruption due to maintenance activities.
Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency.
Source and manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance services and parts.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (10 years) in a maintenance management role, must be within the offset printing.
Strong technical knowledge of offset printing presses and related equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
