- Responsible for establishing a new clear strategy for the department complying with the company’s strategy and objectives.
- Develop the service department and increase the Service Revenue and the business volume.
- Initiate ownership to reach Customer Satisfaction and solve all the problems and complaints in an efficient and professional way matching the company’s vision.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical)
- 6-10 years experience in Field Service in Medical devices and equipment.
- Maintenance/service background is a plus
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
