Job Description

-Establishes recruiting requirements for the Non-Medical sector by studying organization plans and objectives.
-Builds applicant sources by researching providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
-Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; and sourcing candidates
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
-Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; providing community introductions.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Build the Hospitals professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners

Job Requirements

● Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar 
role (2-4 Years )  (Hospitals Background is must )
● Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, forasna  and  Wuzzuf 
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Good written and verbal communications skills
● Team spirit
● BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field 
●Post Grade in HR is preferred.
