Job Description
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads generated by our cold outreach campaigns and convert them into paying clients.
- Client Interaction: Conduct sales calls and meetings, present our B2B Lead Accelerator service, address client queries, and negotiate terms.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and alignment on client expectations.

- Language Proficiency: Must be a fluent English speaker, as you will be dealing with North American and European clients. Confidence in communicating in English is a must.
- Experience: Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the marketing, lead generation, SaaS, or software industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Knowledge: Understanding of lead generation processes, cold outreach strategies, and B2B sales cycles.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
