Cooperate with Recruitment Supervisor to Set Medical recruitment plan based on the fact of the approved workforce plan to meet the strategic goals have been set by the upper management.
Make sure that the hospital policies are effectively applied without any misleads. And that the employee is fully aware of the employee handbook.
Coordinate with Recruitment Supervisor and department managers to forecast future hiring needs & to predict any employees’ problems that might happens to avoid early resignations by terminating hanged issues.
Recommend talent attraction strategies in a timely manner.
Ensure all recruitment and selection activity works in alignment with Andalusia group’s vision, values, strategic plan and requires standards.
Review Recruitment pipeline for all Medical hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days.
Review daily activities and report to superior managers.
