Job Description

Main tasks:

  • Coordinating and organizing events and exhibitions.
  • Managing electronic correspondence and responding to inquiries.
  • Preparing and distributing documents and reports.
  • Communicating with suppliers and event participants.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in organizing exhibitions or conferences (preferably).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in email management programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team.
  • It is preferable to reside in a neighborhood close to the company, in one of the neighborhoods surrounding Al-Faisaliah
