                                                          Business Development Associate 

ABOUT YOU

As a Business Development specialist your role is crucial in driving the growth and success of an organization. you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue and increase market share by expanding the company's customer base and driving sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new business opportunities for Trufla by prospecting for new accounts and opportunities.
  • Master selling and communication skills – actively use various tools including social media, internet, web–based tools and outbound calling.
  • Achieve a high level of collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams by developing and delivering against the joint targets and account development strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges using Trufla internal tools.
  • Writing and adapting email scripts and outreach sequences
  • Updating and keeping detailed notes in our CRM
  • Brainstorming and executing new strategies to attract our target market.
  • Trying out and using various prospecting tools and software

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales, customer or marketing experience with B2B cold calling experience
  • Strong presentation skills with sales ability
  • Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information.
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience in developing presentations, memos, and other business documentation;
  • Experience following and improving processes and workflows;
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office365 (Includes, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the industry or market segment in which the organization operates is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage major projects to successful completion on tight timeframes;
  • Superior document drafting abilities; and
