Job Description

  • Review manpower plans, identify needs to address current and future occupational gaps.
  • Develop talent Acquisition plans that Identify and target key talent pools, in addition to align with the company's overall business goals.
  •  Ensure the implementations of Talent acquisition Policies and procedures across the group.
  •  Maintain and update candidate database for all occupations 
  •  Lead the recruitment process for all open positions, including developing job posts, screening, testing and conducting interviews.
  •  Develop and implement onboarding and training programs.
  •  Manage the talent acquisition budget. 
  •  Track and analyze recruitment KPI metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration
  • Post graduate studies in HR field are highly recognized is a plus

  • Building and supporting teams.
  • knowledge of recruitment procedure

  • good knowledge of job analysis
  • knowledge of employee assessment and evaluation systems
  • Networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP Experience is Preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the FMCG industry
