Job Description
- Review manpower plans, identify needs to address current and future occupational gaps.
- Develop talent Acquisition plans that Identify and target key talent pools, in addition to align with the company's overall business goals.
- Ensure the implementations of Talent acquisition Policies and procedures across the group.
- Maintain and update candidate database for all occupations
- Lead the recruitment process for all open positions, including developing job posts, screening, testing and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement onboarding and training programs.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget.
- Track and analyze recruitment KPI metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration
- Post graduate studies in HR field are highly recognized is a plus
Skills:

- good knowledge of job analysis
