Job Description

- Develop talent acquisition strategies.

- Execute a future-focused workforce plan & measure gaps in the current Hiring Plan

- Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs upon request / if needed.

- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

- Put interviews and selection procedures including (screening calls, assessments, and in-personal interviews).

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

- Organizes and/or attends career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.

- Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory level.

- Motivational and mentorship skills for the additional development of the team.

- Identify future talent issues, developing career paths to ensure continuous professional development and sustainable succession planning activity for the team.

- Follow up on team delivery of Daily Reports.

- Provide advice, coaching, and support to the recruitment team.

- Develop strong business relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization.

- Create job offers / Packages and Conduct exit interviews for Managerial Levels.

- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Job Requirements

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business / Human Resources.

- Certification strongly preferred: SPHR, PHR, SHRM- HRM

Experience

- ++7 years of experience in recruitment

- Previous experience in Factories in preferred

Computer Skills :

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
