Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the sales team.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and provide feedback.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales initiatives.
Sales Process:
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure the sales team follows the company’s sales policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor sales pipeline and lead management systems.
Customer Relations:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Training and Development:
- Train new sales team members.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for skill and knowledge enhancement.
- Provide coaching and support to help the team reach their full potential.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare forecasts.
- Track and report on sales expenses.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
- Manage sales budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Performance Management:
- Set individual sales targets and KPIs for team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
