Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor the sales team.
  • Set sales goals and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and provide feedback.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales initiatives.

Sales Process:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure the sales team follows the company’s sales policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor sales pipeline and lead management systems.

Customer Relations:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Training and Development:

  • Train new sales team members.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions for skill and knowledge enhancement.
  • Provide coaching and support to help the team reach their full potential.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare forecasts.
  • Track and report on sales expenses.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Performance Management:

  • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
