Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and guide team members to improve performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotions and campaigns.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree (Tourism and Hotels degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in the field of cosmetics.
- Age (34-40) years.
- Good command of the English language (any additional languages are a plus)
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
