Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the indoor sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure professional customer service is delivered at all times within the showroom.
- Monitor product displays, stock levels, and overall showroom appearance.
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalated issues or complaints.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Generate sales reports and contribute to the planning of marketing promotions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in indoor sales, with at least 2–4 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in building materials, tiles, ceramics, or similar industries is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sales focus.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
