Skills And Tools:
- Proceed with the Recruitment Process Internally and/or externally once receiving the requisition in attachment with the JD from the hiring manager
- Prepare and post job Ads externally through different recruitment channels (ex: websites, social networks, agencies, etc.)
- Collect & Screen CV's in alignment with the Hiring Manager, followed by the conduction of HR interviews and recommending a short list to the Hiring Manager for technical assessment.
- Manage Internal Transfers Procedures
- Maximize the CV Database with resumes of candidates that would fulfill the current and potential vacancies.
- Prepare and send job offers, pre-employment Medical Checkup letters & Hiring Documents letters to the offered candidates.
- Responsible for handling all related recruitment activities from sourcing/offering candidates until the onboarding experience
- 2-3 years’ experience with at least 1 year in Recruitment.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Enrollment in an HR certificate or Diploma is a plus
