Job Description
Main Duties
- Supervise all the Administration work.
- Supervise all the facilities work
- Supervise all the utilities work
- Overview all the general services activities
- Supervise the technicians
- Support new projects and branch openings.
- Supervise the preventative maintenance plans
- Supervise and control all the Administration stores
- Generate weekly/monthly Operational reports
- Follow up daily maintenance work.
- Reports to the Administration Manager.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience from 5 to 7 years
- Leadership skills
- Organization skills
