Job Profile & Description
As a Project Coordinator at Milango, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients, Account Managers, and Engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include documenting meeting notes, writing user stories in Jira, managing content uploads, handling the customer care inbox, and tracking project progress. You’ll be a key player in ensuring accurate requirement translation, timely project delivery, and high-quality communication across all stakeholders.
Job Profile & Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and administrative infrastructure of the company. This includes managing accounting, payroll, taxation, compliance, and employee administrative services. Your role is vital to maintaining financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Oversight:
● Manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow
● Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and internal controls
● Oversee receivables collection and cash management, ensuring timely collections and optimized liquidity ● Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts
Governmental Compliance:
● Handle all matters related to taxation, social insurance, and regulatory filings
● Ensure timely and accurate submission of government-required documents and reports
Administrative Leadership:
● Oversee office operations and administrative support functions
● Coordinate insurance, transportation reimbursements, and logistical support
● Serve as liaison with external auditors, banks, legal representatives, and authorities
Strategic Support:
● Support the CEO and Operations team in financial planning and strategic initiatives
● Monitor and optimize internal financial processes for cost-efficiency and

Job Requirements
Job Specifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
● 5-7 years of hands-on experience in same field of expertise
● Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
● Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
● Proficiency in accounting software (Preferred Microsoft dynamics 365) and MS Excel
● Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Hours
● Standard working hours are from 9:00–10:00 AM to 5:00–6:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday
● Work is fully office-based
