Job Description
- Manage all aspects of cost accounting, including analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Analyze product costs, manufacturing processes, and overhead expenses to determine cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Prepare and maintain cost accounting records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop cost estimation models and tools to support pricing decisions and bid proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost data and evaluate cost impact of design changes and process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels and valuation methods to ensure accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations related to cost accounting and inventory valuation.
- Provide cost-related support and analysis for strategic projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cost accounting matters and provide training and guidance to other departments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Accounting, and finance.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, proven 2 years in supervisory level, including a relevant FMCG background.
- Excellent in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI.)
- Have ERP background preferred "Oracle".
- Good English level (Written & Speaking)
- Have FMVA is a plus.
