Job Description
We are looking for a passionate “Community Manager” to Join us at Beta Greens - New Cairo Compound!
You will be responsible for the following tasks:-
- Handle Owners requests, inquiries, complaints received in a timely manner.
- Conduct site tours and provide needed orientation to visitors.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with owners.
- Conduct all necessary follow-up with other departments on behalf of the owners to resolve his / her problems.
- Provide accurately all needed reports & data.
- Preparing and supervising policies and procedures for after-sales services (maintenance, agriculture, security..etc).
- Responsible for delivering units on site and supervising finishing work.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed: 5 to 8 years in real estate
- Experience in Customer Service (Residential Projects)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong Problem Solving & Analytical skills
- Leadership Skills
- Time Management
- Responsible
- Preferred: Engineering Background
- Location: Mostakbal city - New cairo
