Job Description
- Manage owners inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residents to enhance satisfaction.
- Oversee unit handover and finishing processes, ensuring compliance with post-sales service policies.
- Prepare periodic reports and coordinate with different departments to achieve the highest quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in residential and community project management.
- Former military personnel
- Preferably a graduate of a military or engineering college
- Strong leadership, analytical, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Work Location: Mostakbal City – New Cairo.
- (new Cairo - Alrehab - Shrook city - Mandinty ) resident is a must
