Job Opportunity: Domestic Tourism Manager
Location: Dokki, Cairo (On-site)
Responsibilities:
-Plan, manage, and promote domestic tourism trips across Egypt.
-Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and local tour guides.
-Oversee daily operations of tours and ensure smooth execution.
-Lead and supervise a team of coordinators and tour operators.
-Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any travel-related issues.
-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote domestic travel packages.
-Continuously explore new travel destinations and partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in tourism or travel operations (3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of travel logistics and Egypt’s top tourist destinations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work full-time from the office in Dokki
