Job Description
- Design and updating job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Conduct first interviews.
- Prepare and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Follow up with Departments’ Managers with Technical Interviews Feedback.
- Manage on boarding process.
- Prepare joining, termination papers.
- Monitor employees’ files (employment documents).
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Review Timesheets & employees requests.
- Prepare Monthly payroll report.
- Check & calculate employees’ overtime.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources.
- Very good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HR System.
- V Good in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
