Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME customers, including regular communication and visits to their premises.
- Understand each customer's unique business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs, including promoting and selling our range of SME's products (Payroll system, Fawry Yellow Card, Insurance products, Microfinance, SME landing, Market Money Fund, HR Solutions system (Payday), Consumer finance (Buy Now Pay Later), POS (Physical Acceptance), and E-Commerce payment gateway (Fawry Pay/Link).
- Achieve personal sales and revenue targets by contracting with companies, acquiring payroll for SME customers, landing new SME customers, and promoting and selling SME's products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our SME portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of Experience in sales, dealing with SME`s segment is a plus.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
- Dynamic, energetic personality, who is passionate about building new business relationships.
- -Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
