Job Description
-Create and updated Sales forms
-Take Minutes of meetings
-Support with vendor registration
-Manage and maintain client portal related activities
-Maintain trackers
-Follow up with departments for data required to generate reports
-Assist with other administrative activities like archiving and maintaining sales folders certifications such as ISO, Cyber Security etc.
-Manage any other administrative task assigned by the department head
Job Requirements
*Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in any stream is ok
*Experience:
-1 to 3 years
*Functional Knowledge:
-Attention to details and highly organized and structured
-Very fluent in oral and written English
