Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Studying project specs and all client requirements.
- Prepare full technical offers to match consultant requirements.
- Prepare hydraulic calculations for all selected equipment .
- Shop drawings for all the project phases.
- Follow up with consultant to finalize all approvals .
- Prepare and revise quantity surveying .
- Prepare BOQ for all required materials for the project.
- Coordinate with the procurement department and the projects in the material supplying process.
- Follow up remotely the implementation phases with the site engineers & teams.
- Site visit to check the quality of our implementations and our site team
- Follow up the weekly site working plan .
- Prepare project progress report.
Job Requirements
To apply for the role you must meet most of the following criteria:-
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering .
- Have extensive experience (5years minimum) in the design and construction of swimming pools and water feature.
- Very good communication skills.
- Have experience of the MEP works of fountains ,swimming pools ,lagoons is MUST
- Fluency in English.
- Efficiency in the use of AutoCAD.
- Skilled in time management & decision making.
