Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical and HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications.
Collaborate with design, construction, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within overall project plans.
Conduct technical evaluations of HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Provide technical support and solutions to resolve site issues related to mechanical and HVAC installations.
Monitor project progress, track technical office deliverables, and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
Participate in value engineering processes to optimize HVAC system performance and cost-effectiveness.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, resource allocation, and procurement planning for HVAC-related activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC components.
Review and verify as-built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals for mechanical systems.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all technical office activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power / Mechatronics) with a minimum overall grade of Good.
Strong knowledge and ability to prepare drawings and submittal documents for HVAC, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems (including alarm and firefighting).
Ability to review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Preferably experienced in both site execution and technical office operations.
Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
