Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5 to 9 years of proven experience in a technical office or design role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
