Job Description

• Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) ensuring compliance with specifications and contract documents.
• Perform quantity surveying and prepare mechanical works specifications.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Electrical) to resolve conflicts.
• Prepare tender documents and technical submissions (Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings).
• Review and approve material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support to site teams and solve on-site engineering issues.
• Participate in preparing project schedules and monitor progress of mechanical works.
• Prepare regular technical reports and submit them to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of proven experience in contracting/construction companies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of local and international mechanical codes and standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
