Job Description
- Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM.
- Responsible for the customer care operations.
- Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control.
- Responsible for the front line and sales transactions.
- Work with Sales managers to keep businesses running smoothly.
- Support real estate coordinators
- Develop and follow up on work flow and sales cycle.
- Follow-up on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately presented on the Company’s website.
- Gather sales data and conduct an analysis of company sales and profitability.
- Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control.
- Follow up on the Company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.
- Implement new technologies as needed to support sales teams
- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs
- Handling lead generation and booking appointments
- Playing a key role in sales and operations planning
- Work directly to all managers.
- Preparing Brokers Agreements.
- Preparing Contracts and Reservation Forms.
- Preparing Cheques Portfolio for each Unit.
- Handling Contracts Status.
- Stamping and Scanning contracts after being signed from CEO.
- Responsible for the contracts sent abroad and follow up.
- Uploading Contracts and Reservations on CRM.
- Provide information to Sales as required.
- Update the client’s Database sheet.
- Helping sales team with the tasks they require.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Proficient user of computer-related software.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Very Good English level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communication Skills
- Experience in Real Estate
