We’re an ambitious team, using our unique point of view to create work that infiltrates crypto culture, influences mindsets, and prizes ourselves on being defiantly optimistic.What You’ll DoAs a Consensys Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing MetaMask relationships with key partners within the web3 space. The ideal candidate will be a marketing and partner management professional with a solid understanding of the web3 ecosystem and a proven track record of successful building, maintaining, and growing successful partner relationships and partner initiatives. Additionally, you should be someone who embraces being “in the trenches”.Partnership Strategy Development:Coordinate closely with internal MetaMask Growth and BD teams to identify strategic partnersHelp to develop and execute a comprehensive MetaMask partner marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectivesIdentify and prioritize potential MetaMask partners within the web3 ecosystem to drive mutual growth and valueRelationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic MetaMask partners, including L1s/L2s, dApp developers, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, memecoins and creatorsServe as the marketing point of contact and daily sparring partner for our partners across multiple platforms (Telegram, Slack, email, Discord), ensuring clear and effective communication around marketing initiativesWork closely with the Business Development team working on Strategic Account management as well as the Customer Success Management and other internal teams working closely with PartnersComarketing Campaigns:Plan, execute, and manage co-marketing campaigns with multiple partners at once, including joint webinars, content collaborations, social media initiatives, X spaces,events, and moreCollaborate and coordinate with internal teams including product management, product marketing and communications teams to create compelling messaging and materials for partner marketing initiatives and to ensure seamless execution of partner campaignsContent and Asset Development:Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, highlighting partner success stories and joint initiativesDevelop and maintain a library of partner marketing assetsPerformance Analysis and ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvementUtilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance and partner engagementMarket Research and Trends:Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape within the web3 ecosystemProvide thought leadership and insights to inform strategic decision-making and positioningWould be great if you brought this to the role:Minimum of 3-5 years business experience in partnerships roleProficiency in program managementProven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing campaignsAble to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously with constantly changing prioritiesExperience interacting with management at all levels, including directors and executives Experience working in a remote first global companyExperience in traveling for business and representing organizations at eventsProficiency in marketing presentations development and marketing planning (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Slides)Excellent Program Management and Project Management skillsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsKnowledge of creative industries, finance, blockchain and cryptocurrency Experience in organizing marketing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organizationProficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms and using NotionWillingness to work with a global team across multiple timezonesExperience in implementing and managing program changesAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeDon't meet all the requirements?
