We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager with an established network of clients in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Maintain Partnerships: Leverage existing client relationships and build new strategic partnerships within the retail sector.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales through partnerships, ensuring business objectives and revenue targets are met.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to enhance partner engagement and maximize outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
