Job Description
- Preparing of Bill of quantities for projects.
- Quantities surveying for architectural & civil items.
- Quantities surveying for mechanical & electrical items.
- Calculate and take off quantities for various items
- Coordinate among other disciplines.
- Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Very Good knowledge of computer applications. (Ms. Office – AUTOCAD, Quantity Survey- Shop Drawings)
- Experience 8-10 years.
