We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialists to join our Operations and Manufacturing consulting office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand client challenges and propose custom solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic business planning.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in industrial engineering or consulting.
- Good understanding of industrial engineering solutions, Lean methodologies, and operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
