Skills And Tools:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates & Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to top managers.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Responsible for social insurance and dealing with labor and insurance offices.
- Submit the insurance forms on time.
- Create employee files that include appointment papers, and everything related to the employee.
- Follow up on vacations and absences periodically and take appropriate measures in this regard.
- Salary calculation every last calendar month according to the company’s policy
- BSc in Business administration or relevant field.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years.
- Full knowledge of Egyptian labor law & insurance law.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience at any ERP system, Odoo is preferred.
