- Respond promptly to employee IT support requests (e.g., hardware/software issues, network connectivity problems, access issues).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Provide remote and on-site support as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Participate in IT projects and implementations.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Ensure network security and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
