Job Description
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
✅ Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
✅ Monitor IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
✅ Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk to ensure seamless user support.
✅ Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and implementations.
✅ Maintain IT documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
✅ Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewall systems, especially Sophos, and other network security solutions.
✅ Monitor and optimize network performance and security, ensuring safe and efficient connectivity.
✅ Stay current with industry trends and security protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 Years Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, networking, and IT security.
- Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall or equivalent systems.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
