Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and improve team performance and productivity, ensuring compliance with engineering best practices and company standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related.
- Master degree (Preferable)
- V. Good computer skills in (MS Office)
- V. Good in English language
- 15+ years of experience
- Strong technical background with expertise in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in an engineering leadership role within the real estate development industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
