Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that expenditures are within limits.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote team engagement.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a retail environment from 9 to 12 years of experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
