Job Description

  • Manage all phases of the project, from planning and design through execution and final delivery.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and monitor project progress against plan.
  • Coordinate with technical teams (civil engineers, architects, consultants), contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to senior management regarding financial and timeline performance.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Supervise the handover process to clients or stakeholders, ensuring all project documentation and deliverables are complete.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing real estate development projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). 7+ years is preferred for large-scale developments.
  • Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and financial analysis, including feasibility studies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent negotiation and multi-tasking abilities, capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory laws, local codes, safety standards, and construction procedures.
  • Willingness to travel between project sites as needed.
