Job Description
- Increasing customer awareness about lighting and its practical applications.
- Creating sales opportunities by identifying the customer's needs, displaying various products, explaining the products, and offering solutions and alternatives to the customer's requirements.
- Helping the customer by various means by responding to all inquiries and speed of response in all transactions and making sure that the customer chooses the appropriate products.
- Obtaining all technical and financial offers through the technical office and fully absorbing it
- Review the balances and prepare the order for the customer in the event that it is available in the store in coordination with the after-sales service department
- Review the supply period and coordination with the customer and the manufacturer regarding the supply and coordination with the installation team and the customer
- Sending manufacturing requests to the after-sales service department to start manufacturing implementation.
- Follow up customers and conduct visits to them periodically and introduce them to new products in case of need.
- Follow up the balance of the store and report deficiencies to provide the customer's need immediately.
- Follow up the products that have been sent to the factory for repair and delivered to customers through the installation team.
- Provide and explain the technical specifications of the new products periodically to customers.
- Make field sales visits to meet with consultants or contractors in order to explain the products or build a network of relationships with engineering and consulting offices.
- Providing a distinguished service that puts the goal of customer satisfaction at the top of the goals in all cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering “Electrical is preferred”.
- Experience in Sales not less than 1 year.
- Must have a Car.
- Excellent selling, Negotiation, Prospecting and communication skills.
- Lives around Masr El-Gdeda.
