Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our training programs and AI solutions and close sales
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate service or product
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects high-quality service and satisfaction
  • Accurately record and manage client information using templates and CRM systems
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and flag any dissatisfaction to the proper channels
  • Support daily administrative duties, including scheduling, database updates, and documentation
  • Provide accurate product and service information over the phone 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Manage tasks for upper management, including appointment scheduling and call handling
  • Analyze collected data and provide actionable insights when needed

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or sales, ideally within the education, training, or tech sector
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (especially via phone)
  • Strong ability to explain complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Resilient, cool-tempered, and able to handle objections or rejection confidently
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to identify customer needs and match them to the right offering
  • Familiarity with AI, software, or tech-related training programs is a strong plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Presentable, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
