Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Emessa denim factory. With over 1000 employees, our factory is renowned for its commitment to quality denim production for exportation. As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the factory's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best fit for each position.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and design appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and handle any employee grievances or disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and employee data, and generate reports as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and work-life balance initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make proactive recommendations to enhance HR processes.

Job Requirements

  • Masters, or Certification in HR is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Law, Engineering or or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience managing a diverse workforce, including both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
