Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Export Product Manager to drive our international growth. You will be responsible for expanding into new markets, managing distributor relationships, and developing strategic sales plans tailored to global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors.
- Plan and implement export sales strategies based on customer and market analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide market expansion.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide regular business updates.
- Handle negotiations with partners and ensure smooth export operations.
- Recommend product improvements based on international customer feedback.
- Lead marketing activities and campaigns to promote brand awareness abroad.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export management, preferably in processed or frozen food products.
- Strong market research, sales planning, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of freight or logistics software is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Certification in Logistics or International Trade is a plus.
